NEEDS

Our modern homes, boasting clean lines with a minimalistic approach to design, offer a sleek and elegant twist to your everyday traditional home. We partnered with Landmark Construction to remodel this prairie style home dating back to the 1920’s, with a direct focus on providing our client with a custom living space that reflects their individual taste. Wishing to center their home around the kitchen and outdoor living space, we designed a conventional space for our client to enjoy while gathering with friends and family.

CHALLENGES

In terms of site and access, this 1920’s prairie box was challenging to navigate, but Perkins Architecture approached it with grace and determination to create something exquisite. To meet our clients needs, we directed our attention to the little things, making every last touch a collective effort.
